The Cons:Seemingly prone to operative issues within 6-12 months of use - may begin to leak water at the base and ultimately stop working altogether. Water heater may not sufficiently boil prior to brewing - many users report lukewarm espresso/cappuccino. Steamer nozzle is difficult to maneuver and tough to fit inside a mug or milk carafe - likely to cause frustration amongst users who enjoy crema.

#delonghi_bco120t We purchased this direct from Delonghi. It broke within 2 months. For warranty service we had to send it at our expense to a service center. They've had it for 3 weeks and haven't even looked at it. The rep was rude and told us they may not get to it for 5 weeks. That's before they even look at it!!! Delonghi customer service basically told us TFB. Some friends of ours bought a Delonghi coffee maker and it failed within only a few months too. Avoid this coffee maker.
