Product Shot 1 The Pros:Great quality--consistently makes excellent drinks. Can be adjusted to handle harder water. Very easy to use--controls are well laid out and operation is straightforward.

The Cons:Can only order coffee pods directly from Nespresso. Coffee comes out of the dispenser not quite hot enough.

The DeLonghi Lattissima EN720.M is a commercial-grade single-serve espresso maker designed for Nespresso espresso capsules. Like previous-generation models (e.g., the EN670.B), the EN720.M espresso machine offers one-touch beverage making via inexpensive Nespresso pods.

However, the DeLonghi EN720.M allows for greater customization, in that users can vary the quantity of milk and coffee for each drink made. Plus there's a removable tank for collecting used capsules. More importantly, DeLonghi has incorporated a Thermoblock heating element to deal with the biggest complaint faced by previous models: milk that doesn’t come out warm enough. Other features have been inherited, including an adjustable tray for dealing with different cup sizes, a detachable and automatic milk frothing system, and a 40-ounce tank.
