Due to its blade-free design, the fan is capable of producing a smooth and consistent current without choppiness or buffeting. Dyson's "Air Multiplier" technology uses an annular jet system to draw in localized air, redirecting it through the unit for power up to 16-times that of standard tower fans. The AM02 is safe and easy to clean, with a sturdy yet lightweight base for quick and reliable maneuverability. In addition, a 6.5-foot power cable enables ideal placement of the fan in small and medium-sizes rooms for an optimal cooling experience.
