Friedrich P12A

The Friedrich P12A is a portable air conditioning / dehumidifying unit ideal for the supplemental and emergency cooling of houses, offices, workshops, garages, sunrooms, and dorm rooms. An upgrade from the P09A, the Friedrich P12A offers an improved cooling power of 11,500 BTU (versus 8,900).

Like its predecessor, the lightweight and compact P12A features a self-evaporative condensate system that requires no bucket. In fact, the P12A’s dual exhaust hoses fit through the easy-to-install window adapter kit and vent out all condensated matter. In case some water does not evaporate, the P12A also features a water outlet drain for easy/simplified removal of the buildup. In addition, the P12A features a 24 hour timer, a regular fan with three speeds, and an LCD remote control. Lastly, the P12A plugs into a standard 115 volt outlet. The Friedrich P09A retails for $565.00 and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
