The Friedrich SS14L10 is an ENERGY STAR qualified window air-conditioner designed for rooms between 250 and 1500 square feet. Weighing at 128 pounds, the SS14L10 is a larger and more powerful version of the SS12L30 in that it outputs 14,000 BTU (versus 12,100).

Like its peer, the SS14L10 features unique ComfortWatch technology that works to maintain a more even temperature by monitoring and anticipating fluctuations in room temperature. Plus, the SS14L10 boasts a mosquito trap, Entrygard protection that secure the chassis to the sleeve, and a 24-hour timer that lets the user program on/off times while also backing-up the settings in case of a power interruption. The SS14L10 also includes fresh-air intake & stale-air exhaust valves, an easy-to-clean antimicrobial filter for protection against bacterial growth, 8-way air flow control, and a remote control for convenient/simplified adjustments to the unit from a distance.
