Like all Advantium models, it utilizes Speedcook technology, which GE claims produces oven-quality food at microwave speeds by integrating convection technology. Traditional, sensor microwave, and warming modes are also included. Rather than a number pad, the SCA2000FBB features a dial to navigate through over 100 pre-programmed menu items and set cook times, adding to its high-end look. Other upscale features include a halogen lamp on the underside of the oven to illuminate a stovetop with natural-looking light. Upgrades over the SCA1000HBB include external venting and an included grill pan. The SCA2000FBB is available in black and white, and comes with a one-year warranty.
