$294.00 Released January, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:31 foot cord. Bagless. No maintenance costs.

The Cons:No place to store extra brush on the body. Dirt cup can be dangerous to empty.

The Hoover U8351900 is an upright vacuum that features Hoover's patented WindTunnel 2 technology which utilizes three air channels to capture hidden dirt and prevent scattering.  The vacuum is bagless with a bottom-release dirt cup and includes a self-cleaning HEPA filter and lifetime belt, eliminating the cost of vacuum bags, belts, or filters.

It is designed with a wide 15" path, 31-foot cord, brilliant headlight, and adjustable handle height.  The U8351900 also features a telescoping quick-release wand and an extra-stretch hose which gives a 20-foot long reach for cleaning hard to reach places.  The vacuum comes with a complete on-board tool kit in addition to a powered pet hair attachment and a hard floor brush.  The U8351900 differs from Hoover's U5780900 since it has a longer hose and telescoping wand but lacks the multi-chamber cyclonic system that comes with the U5780900.
