The Maytag MDB5601AW is a lower-mid range tall tub built-in dishwasher made available by Maytag. This model is ENERGY STAR qualified and features three wash arms and four wash cycles which are controlled by a microprocessor with 11 touch pads.

Some options include ToughScrub, Auto Clean and Sanitize. The vinyl upper and lower high-side stack racks are free to roll on sturdy on stainless steel tracks. Other features include finer water filtration than typical dishwashers, JetClean II wash system and stainless steel hard food disposer. This model is driven by a powerfull 1/3 HP motor, but the operational noise is kept to a minimum thanks to its QuietSeries 300 sound package. The adjustable legs give it a variable height from 33-1/2" to 35-1/4". The Maytag MDB5601AW# is available in 4 finishes, with the last digit (#) indicating the colour option; White = W, Bisque = Q, Black = B and Stainless Steel = S. Expect to pay an extra $100 for the stainless option.
