The Maytag MET3800TW is a stacked electric washer/dryer combo unit which is very compact and suitable for small spaces. The unit features a 2.6 cu.ft. top-loading washer with a DependableClean wash system, LoadFlex agitator, and PureClean and SpinSpray rinse systems for thorough cleaning.

The washer comes with 9 automatic wash cycles including delicates and presoak cycles, 3 temperature settings, 4 water level selections, and 3 wash/spin speed combinations. It also includes IntelliTemp and IntelliFill sensors which automatically adjust the water temperature and level based on the load. The top part of the MET3800TW houses a 5.9 cu.ft. dryer with Maytag's GentleBreeze drying system and an IntelliDry sensor which automatically detects the moisture in the drum and adjusts the drying time for optimal results. The dryer has an extra large door opening, fine mesh filter, and a DuraCushion drum and comes with 6 drying cycles and a wrinkle prevention feature. The Maytag MET3800TW unit has a smooth balance suspension system and QuietSeries 200 sound packaging to ensure quiet operation. It comes in a white finish with metallic console styling and has a 1 year warranty. Maytag also carries the MGT3800TW which is the gas equivalent of this model and retails for $1229.
