The Sharp R-209KK is a tiny, compact, and lightweight microwave oven sporting an affordable price, as well as all basic microwave functions. It includes four cook options for heating popular foods (1 or 2 servings), six reheat options that handle extremely common food items (pizza, rolls, beverages), and four defrost keys for quickly defrosting meats and poultry.

Note also its Minute-Plus technology, per which the numbered keys (1-9) each pertain to a set # of minutes. This allows a user to quickly heat foods: 1 for 1 minute, 2 for 2 minutes, etc. Other notable aspects of the Sharp R-209KK include a time-of-day clock, a digital display, and automatic popcorn popping.
