Actually, the Keep Warm Plus function can keep hot foods warm for up to 30 minutes—it’s kind of like a mini-oven. As for the other settings, there are 3 reheat options, a popcorn sensor, instant action keys (one-touch cooking), and, as was previously mentioned, a defroster that defrosts meats and poultry by weight. Also keep in mind the unit’s large 14-1/8” turntable, designed specifically to accommodate a large casserole dish.
